Beginners Welcome!

Fee: $50 + 5% Facility Fee (General) , $42.50 (Members) for 2 sessions, plus $45 for materials (collected on day of class)

Learn how to develop, transform, and care for your bonsai from a master. All levels welcome – instructions are simple, fun, and easy to follow. Tools provided during class and everyone will go home with their own bonsai!

Instructor Bio: Tak Yamaura is a graduate of the horticulture program at Kyoto University in Japan. He studied under Toshio Kawamoto, founder of the school’s plant science study. Yamaura is considered one of the top bonsai instructors in North America.
