Fermented Food Festival!

Workshop: 13 workshops for 150 seats! Master secrets to make Croissants ($25), Japan Beer ($25 or $40), Japanese Sake ($25), French cheese & Puff cream ($25), Natto ($25), Koji Healthy Cooking & Lunch ($28), Zakkushi’s Yakitori ($35), Tofu ($25), Miso ($23 or $37) etc .

Sake Tasting & Izakaya Buffet: IZAKAYA Gourmet Buffet “NAGOYA NIGHT” 5:00pm-8pm ($20 for workshop participants / $25 others). Premium Sake Tasting & Seminar 6:30pm-8pm ($5 for Izakaya Buffet guests)

Art Exhibit: Exhibit of beautiful art works by local artists.
