Notice of Annual General Meeting

JOIN US at the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre ("NNMCC") will be held at Nikkei Centre, in the Special Events Hall, located at 6688 Southoaks Crescent, Burnaby, BC on

Saturday, July 24, 11:00 AM

for the following purposes:

  1. Receive the President's Report;
  2. Receive Executive Director’s Message;
  3. Receive and approve the Auditor's Report and Financial Statements of the NNMCC for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2021;
  4. Appoint auditors for the ensuing year;
  5. Elect a Board of Directors for the ensuing year; and
  6. Transact such other business as may lawfully come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
