Discover and explore Japanese culture though sake tasting and a hands-on cooking class by chef Yamamura from the popular Yama Cafe in Vancouver.
Sake boasts a wide variety of brands and genres on the market, and you will get to know some of them in this class. Let Masa, a local sake maker from SABC, engage you in a fun tasting experience!
The course includes making 3 small otsumami dishes including meat, fish and vegetables with Yamamura chef, and you will have the opportunity to sample 3 of the finest sakes! You can even take home miso marinade sauce after the class!
