Dear Nikkei Centre Community, Partners and Tenants,
We would like to inform you about upcoming construction work at Nikkei Centre. Effective this week, we have commenced our roof and HVAC replacement project. This project is expected to run through the end of July 2025, with work occurring Mondays through Fridays between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM.
During this period, you can expect additional contractors, work trucks, and construction equipment at Nikkei Centre, primarily located at the back on the southside of Nikkei Centre along Beresford St. Please take care when accessing Nikkei Centre from the south along Magnolia pathway.
We are coordinating with the construction team to minimize the impact on your operations. There may be times when the work generates significant noise or requires the closure of access ways to the facility. We will make every effort to schedule these activities to be least disruptive and to inform you in advance. However, there may be rare occasions where we must revise, reschedule, or cancel events and activities based on the project needs.
