1. Programs are offered: Mondays (Sensory Day), Tuesdays through Thursdays, and Friday afternoons.
2. Program duration is 2 to 2.5 hours (duration may vary depending on program, for example, Guest Speaker)
3. Cost is $10.00 + 5% GST ($10.50) per student. Guest Speaker Add-On is $150 per hour. Accompanying adults and supervisors are free.
4. Vancouver School Board schools in need of funding support are encouraged to apply for a grant from the Vancouver Heritage Foundation.
5. Programs must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
6. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
7. Cancellation notice of 2 weeks is required. Cancellations with less than 2 weeks' notice will incur a 50% charge of the total invoice.
8. All cheques are payable to Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre.
9. We may take photographs of your group's Taiken visit for use in internal communications (eg. with staff, board, NNMCC members, and funding agencies).
