6 – 8pm

In our 25th anniversary year at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre, we celebrate artists of Japanese ancestry with the Umami: Savouring Artistic Nikkei Identity exhibition from February through September in the Karasawa Gallery.

The opening event on February 13 will feature a conversation with exhibiting artists Todd Inouye, Ken Mizokoshi, and Wendy Tanaka, hosted by our Director | Curator, Sherri Kajiwara. Be among the first to experience the exhibition. Enjoy light refreshments including drinks by donation and a cup noodles ramen bar. We look forward to celebrating with you.
