Learn how to make beautiful and delicious decorative sushi rolls. Beginner-friendly, all materials provided.

Join us for a fun and hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to create stunning decorative sushi rolls. No prior experience is needed—this workshop is perfect for beginners and sushi enthusiasts alike! Discover tips and techniques to make your sushi not only delicious but also visually amazing.

All ingredients, tools, and a complimentary drink provided.

Please bring a container to take home your sushi. An apron is recommended but not mandatory.

Motoko Eto

Motoko is a decorative sushi artist based in Vancouver, specializing in traditional Japanese kazari-maki sushi. She teaches workshops at community centres, during cultural events, and for private groups, sharing the joy of creating beautiful, edible art. Her classes are beginner-friendly and focus on creativity, culture, and hands-on learning.
