In a large indoor arena, two martial artists dressed in dark blue bogu (protective armor) and hakama engage in a Jukendo match on a polished wooden floor. They are both lunging forward, thrusting long wooden bayonets, known as mokuju, toward one another. The practitioner on the left has "Miyagi" and "Kono" written in white kanji on their tare (waist protector). To the right, a referee in a black suit holds a small red flag, closely monitoring the exchange. In the background, rows of spectators sit in green stadium seating.
