Ninjutsu Classes

Ninjutsu is the traditional survival art once used by shinobi—specialists in intelligence gathering and combat in old Japan.

While anime and pop culture highlight its exciting fighting techniques, Ninjutsu is actually a rich, multi-faceted discipline. It encompasses a broad range of wisdom and skills dedicated to strategic wartime survival.

For New Participants
Ninjutsu is an adaptable practice designed to meet you where you are. Rather than requiring specific physical feats, training begins by noticing your current state and making small adjustments to movement, awareness, and breathing. Regardless of age or physical ability, you can start from where you are. We invite you to join a beginner class and discover how the principles of Ninjutsu can work for you.

A four-pointed metal shuriken (throwing star) sits on the rock. Behind it lies a katana in its black scabbard (saya), which is intricately wrapped with a black cord (sageo). The sword features a square handguard (tsuba) and a black textured hilt (tsuka). Partially visible in the background is a long, dark staff or weapon handle with a section wrapped in purple cord. The scene is set against a natural, slightly blurred backdrop of grass and fallen leaves.
