Beginner Class: Saturdays, 2-3pm. TIME CHANGE from 3pm to 4pm on Sept. 19, 2026 only.

Adult Class / Honehone Class : Wednesdays, 5-6:30pm

Senior Class / Onaona Class : Wednesdays, 3:30-5pm

初心者クラス: 毎週土曜日　午後２時～３時　　2026年9月19日のみ3時から4時に時間変更します。

大人クラス：ホネホネクラス 毎週水曜日　午後 5時〜6時30分

シニアクラス：オナオナクラス 毎週水曜日　午後 3時30分〜5時
