Program Description
Aikido is a Japanese martial art anyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience, can enjoy and benefit from.
Develop healthy body and mind, while studying traditional Japanese manners and customs.
Students can start any time. Classes are ongoing. Beginners are always welcome.
